What will kids do during online VBS?

Our online Zoom VBS will run roughly from 1 PM - 2 PM. The flow of the program is listed below along with any additional notes.


  1. 12:50 PM - 1:00 PM: Sign-on + Singing and Dancing

    1. This is a 10-minute period where kids can sign on to ZOOM and get in the mood for VBS.

  2. 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Main VBS Program

    1. Welcome

    2. Games

      1. Includes an icebreaker

    3. Singing + Dancing

      1. These songs are different from those in the sign-on time

      2. Please practice the songs and dances with your child throughout the month of August.

    4. Bible Story Skit

    5. Age-appropriate Bible lesson

    6. Memory verse Song + Dance

    7. Wrap Up

    8. Snack Demonstration

    9. Snack recipes can be found on our Snack Page

  3. 2:00 PM - 2:15 PM: Optional Snack Hang-Out Time

    1. Kids can chat, share, and build deeper relationships with one another while making and eating their snack

    2. Kids will be put in groups of 4-5 children each by age

    3. People are free to come and go as their schedules permit

    4. If your child did not receive a snack kit, please either

      1. Provide any easy snack for your child

      2. Reference our Snack Page to create your own snack kit

  4. Outside of VBS: Crafts

    1. Due to time constraints, we cannot have craft time during the VBS ZOOM meeting

    2. Learn more about crafts on our Craft Page

    3. Submit pictures of your finished craft mobile by August 26th to go in our craft slideshow that will be shown at the graduation ceremony on August 30th

オンラインズームVBSは、午後1時から2時まで行われます。 プログラムの流れは以下の通りです。

  1. 12時50分～13時: サインイン＋歌とダンス

    1. 子供達がズームにサインインをして、VBSが始まる前に歌やダンスで気分を盛り上げる時間です。

  2. 1時~2時: メインVBSプログラム

    1. 挨拶

    2. ゲーム

      1. アイスブレーカー付き

    3. 歌＋ダンス

      1. この時の曲は、サインインの時間のものとは別の曲になります。

      2. 8月いっぱい、ご家庭でお子さまと一緒に歌や踊りの練習をお願します。

      3. 聖書の物語の劇

      4. 年齢に応じた聖書のレッスン

      5. 聖書の御言葉を取り入れた歌＋ダンス

      6. 今日のまとめ

      7. おやつのデモンストレーション

        1. おやつのレシピは、おやつのページに掲載しています。

  3. 午後2時00分～2時15分：スナックハングアウトタイム（自由参加）

    1. 小グループに分かれて、おやつを作ったり食べたりしなら、交流を深めます。

    2. 年齢別に4～5人ずつのグループに分かれます。

    3. それぞれのグループでそのままご自由に解散して下さい。

    4. おやつのキットを受け取っていない方

      1. それぞれご自分で簡単なおやつをご用意下さい。

      2. おやつのページを参考にして、自分だけのおやつキットをお作り下さい。

  4. VBSの時間外：クラフト

    1. 時間の都合上、VBS ZOOMミーティングの間、クラフトの時間を設けることができません。

    2. クラフトについての詳細はクラフトのページをご覧ください。

    3. 8月30日の卒業式で上映するスライドショーに掲載しますので、８月２６日迄に完成した作品の写真を提出して下さい。
